Rowdy dares to admit he can praise one more episode of South Park… for ‘MERICA!!!
Cartoon Wars? I may have completely lost interest in this show as late as last year, but I would like to say that while not one of my favorite episodes, the message is good. However, if Trey and Matt dislike Family Guy, then how come Kyle, who is supposedly based off of Matt, enjoys it? With the controversy behind The Interview, I understand why this is reviewed. Honestly, I had half a mind to complain that if The Interview was getting pulled, than so should The Gambler (don’t judge me), but hopefully, The Interview might find a place. And yes, you did put the adults too low on the list.
Two things. 1) Ironically getting an episode pulled WAS what helped get Family Guy pulled the first time. That was “When You Wish Upon a Weinstein” 2) Recent reports indicate that the hackers may have been independent and were framing North Korea. Also there’s the irony that Comedy Central gave into such threats with 200 and 201.
2) While that may or may not be true, Sony still gave in because they thought North Korea was threatening them.
True, I just felt he should’ve pointed that out.
Good review. I see someone is trying to butter up Sophie Liv. ;o) I hope you DO get a crossover with her!
The best review you have done in 2014!
Good review Rowdy. With the recent controversy with “The Interview”, I enjoyed your connection with this episode, especially since I know your usual distaste for South Park as whole. But it’s nice that you have another episode to enjoy in the wake of North Korea’s “9/11 Threats” 🙂
